Validity

This agreement is valid until further notice between the consumer (you) and QualityFittings (Rolf Thuresson Trading AB).

Important Brexit Information

For UK citizens and buisnesses

Orders under £135 VAT exclusive

If the amount is under £135 we will collect the VAT of 20% at the Point of sale. Import charges may apply.

Goods exceeding £135 VAT exclusive

If the amount exceeds £135 then normal VAT and customs rules will apply, VAT will not be charged at the point of sale.
Instead you will have to pay VAT and import charges to HMRC at the point of import.

Payment

You may select from the following options:

By VISA or Master card. No extra charges will apply.

The processing of your order will start after the order value has been paid. When paying via credit card the order value will be withdrawn directly.

Shipping

The products are normally delivered within about 2-3 working days, however the delivery time cannot be guaranteed. In certain circumstances the dispatch time may increase by a couple of days.

Shipping Cost

The delivery cost is calculated based on the delivery address and the total weight and volume of the order. The total weight is calculated in the shopping cart and on the checkout page. Our delivery charges are based on what our couriers charge.

Not collected packages

For not collected packages a fee will be charged (to cover for freight, return freight etc.). It is at the moment £30.

Right to cancel

You have a right to cancel the agreement at any time before the expiry of a period of seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods without giving a reason. You must return any goods supplied at your own expense if you cancel the contract. You can send back the goods to the following address:

Force Majeure

In case of force majeure the agreement can either be considered as judicially canceled with neither customer nor Qualityfittings being entitled to any compensation or the delivery time(s) can be extended with the currency of the force majeure. Qualityfittings considers force majeure as: war, mobilization, terror acts, blockade stagnation of work, transport obstructions, measures of commercial policy, new or amended legislation, strikes, the non-delivery or non due deliveries of the goods by suppliers to Qualityfittings, natural catastrophes and any circumstances, events and circumstances that are beyond our control.
